I am a senior finance leader and trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership, with 15+ years of experience from complex, international organisations including Maersk, Ørsted, NNIT and Selected Group.

My focus is business partnering, investment case development, portfolio management and FP&A. I build high-performing teams, raise engagement to the upper quartile, and translate complexity into clear decisions at the highest level.

I have hands-on AI implementation experience across governance, analysis and processes — combining strong analytical and financial acumen with commercial orientation and the ability to communicate clearly and precisely across all levels.

Overall responsibility for Finance and HR, including financial strategy, FP&A, investment decisions and business development in an alternative asset management company focused on green energy and sustainability. Regular presenter to the Board of Directors.
